The Denver Cottages are a great way to see DENVER
as a local would. Guests will have the feeling of being home and
cozy while away from home. We are tucked in from the main Avenue
and have a rural feeling in an Urban setting.
The cottages are equipped with petite but full kitchens: cups,
plates, bowl, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, as well as basics to
keep you going
(olive oil, vinegars, salt, pepper, soy sauce, coffee, teas, etc.)
The property also contains culinary gardens and fruiting trees,
depending on the time of year of the visit we encourage guests to
use them.

The Denver Cottages consists of several
petite houses, some are occupied full time by owners and tenants while
two are rented out as short term rentals.
The owners and tenants are mainly artists,
students, self motivated and self employed.
We enjoy cooking, growing fruits and
vegetables, brewing meads / other probiotic drinks and long to one day
have our own chickens ranched here at the cottages. Mixed media projects
and furniture building goes on a lot outside when the Colorado weather
permits.
All of us who live here full time are
a tight nit community that gets along well and loves meeting new people
but we are also very respectful of privacy and noise.
We enjoy being in the Lower Highlands
and take advantage of the great walks down by the river as often as we
can.

We LOVED our stay at the mulberry denver cottage. Jenna&Gio
were excellent hosts and made our visit to Denver so much more enjoyable.
I cant express enough how amazing they are. They made us feel (email
hidden) cottage is sweet&cozy. The gardens are such a beautiful,
serene place to relax in. Their kitties are so cute& friendly. The
neighborhood is filled with great places to eat&drink. Parking
was never a problem.Anytime we visit Denver we will be staying there.
It's a home away from home!

The willow cottage was darling and intimate.
It's also located in a the younger, artsy, un-gentrified part of
Denver, but easily walkable to downtown. I only wish we had spent
more time relaxing and hanging with our hosts.
